Simple,
you spend a lot to find the traffic that converts for the offer you want to promote. Then build from there. But you need to invest and learn first. You cannot just bomb away with anything.

Test out some offers, sites and go with the traffic that works for you...

What site are you trying to get traffic to?

You should test out some campaigns and find out what sort of traffic works best.

Once you know which country/operator/device/operatingsystem converts the best for a certain campaign you know what traffic you need!

Yeah have had Shit experience with ExoClick and Others...
Most of thier traffic is crappy !!!
