Where can I find code for Instagram/quora/FB type registration popup
 

I am talking about the full screen "popup" that opaques the screen after one has read little bit of content and nags of registration.
Has anyone seen code that can be used to make something it?

dont do it, surfers hate it, i hate it.

let the surfers have full control, then if they really like site then they will join happily, else surfers like me join with disposable email addresses just to get pass that stupid full screen popup,

i did same with pinterest., they are forcing surfers to join.,

Thanks but NO, this is not what I am looking for.
The script I am looking for essentially blocks the content from a surfer after he has seen one post or so and insists on user registration.
