While I don't really look obese I'm getting thick with a little bit of a tummy. Can still do 10+ pull ups though. 190 is a good look for me. Just so damn hard to keep weight down as I have really bad hip bursitis and it simply will not go away. Swimming laps and light walking. If I can do as much cardio as I want it's easy to keep the weight off. Now I have to plan what I eat and what I do in the gym. |
