We normally have Turkey but my Mum has decided we should have lamb for a change. We also normally have prawns in cocktail sauce but for some reason she wants aged ham from Spain. She is expecting my sister to bring some home from Marbella.

Wife's family is Italian from Sicily so... We have lasagna. IT's a week long process that most of the family takes part in. I believe they are making sauce and meatballs today.

I take it you don't get to go to Italy then?

I guess traditionally pork is main course almost everywhere... plus shitloads of sweet stuff

Mom doesn't cook anymore so we take her to this huge buffet.so probably king crab legs and salmon etc

Goose, stuffed with Oranges and Honey plus herbs. After marinading it in white wine for an hour. The marriage of flavours is awesome.
