best domains monitoring solution?

hello gfy. i need a help from you once again. this time about my domains portfolio and its monitoring. lets say i have 1500 domains, and i need to have them monitored, like nr of backlinks, serps, da/pa/pr, expiration, some additional informations to each domain and so ... is something like that possible to have automatically monitored? i mean, i will be only adding my domains, and the rest will be automatically, like sorting by expiration, by nr of backlinks and so ... it doesnt matter if it is free or paid, lets say 250usd per month will be ok, but free if trustworthy will be of course better :) thank you much in advance for any informations, have a nice day and have luck with your business everyone! :thumbsup

Domain Punch Pro v3 for Name Portfolio Management
https://watchmy.domains/winbiz/

The rest I would get a programmer to code, and run it serverside on a cheap box

TeenCat 01-04-2016 05:38 AM

thank you man. this looks good, but is not exactly what i need, something similar is possible to be done in excel with exporting domains as csv, i am looking for more advanced solution :winkwink: if there is something like i described in first post out there, want to pay for it, if not, will have to look for unique solution but think it is worth the money ... anyone else please with suggestions? :thumbsup

I love https://ahrefs.com for this - but it can get quite expensive if you want to monitor many domains

I've subscribed to the "lite"-version, where you can monitor up to 3 domains.

And it really rocks - You can monitor "Domain Health", DA/PA, keywords for SERPS in various countries, etc

I also get a weekly email with "new referring domain" and "lost domains"

Service and possibilties are excellent, but....fucking expensive.

Just google for "ahrefs 50%" to get 50% off for the first month if you want to test it. There are many sites out there with a proper discount link

Can't remember where I found this but it works, you need to set up a cron job though;
Code:

<?php

$domain = 'example.com';

if(gethostbyname($domain) != $domain )
{
// email everything OK to be sure working
}
else
{
//send an email when it's down
              $to = "[email protected]";
              $headers = 'From: [email protected]' . "\r\n" .
              'Reply-To: [email protected]' . "\r\n" .
              'X-Mailer: PHP/' . phpversion();
          $subject = "$domain is down";
 //          $body = "URL is :".$url."\r\n";
          $body = "The site $domain is offline now\r\n";
          mail($to, $subject, $body,$headers);
}
?>
