Hi.

I have database from my webcam site which contains users. All users is double opt-in. Is it possible to sell it? What is possible price? For example: 1000 USA users - $

I think it depends of the privacy policy of your website, what does it state ?

Is your website policy allowing to sell contact information?
I guess not, and in this case just try to advertise something on your website. Or register a whitelabel and email all your users with a notice you are switching to a new platform with affiliated join link.
