Great idea for a new game show.
 

You take 11 gay men and 1 straight man and you lock them in a house. The object is for the gay men to figure out who's the straight guy and vote him out. Once a week they vote someone out of the house until only two are left, or the straight man is left. If the gays manage to vote the straight guy out, they each win $1 million dollars. If the straight man is among the last two, he wins $1 million dollars.

Now here's the twist. None of them are actually gay. They all think they're the one straight guy.

Once a week they vote someone out of the house until only two are left, or the stupid man is left. If the smarts manage to vote the stupid guy out, they each win $1 million dollars. If the stupid man is among the last two, he wins $1 million dollars.

Now here's the twist. None of them are actually smart. They all think they're the one stupid guy.
