Serious question guys as i really really dont want to end up on the sex offenders register.

what do i need to do to stay legal signing girls up to web cam sites in the uk. (I wont be trying to sleep with them just make affiliate commission out of them).

it goes without saying that i have to see ID but how do i verify it, is a scanned copy and a chat over skype enough or would i have to go the whole hog and go on a bouncers id course and meet them in person.

the plan would be to exploit skint uni students for a few months before there next batch of student loans come through get them signed up to a web cam affiliate program (probably click cash) and then promote them via reddit nsfw.

i imagine there is demand for these girls for porn as well but would have no idea setting up an adult agency as a secondary revenue.

There's nothing illegal about live cam, as long as the model follows the rules & guidelines of the cam site & they're obviously over 18. So no need to worry about laws apart from the age & verification proof of ID, it seems you have that sorted. Usually 2 forms of ID, a utility bill & a government issued ID scanned & an image of the model holding the ID.

what about image release papers if I'm not taking the images? aka i get them to take adult selfies so i can post on reddit to promote them. i realise there are model release papers posted on here but they are for the US.
