Tools for Translators of Text inside HTML
 

We have a lot of text we need to get translated, but ideally we leave the HTML in there so we can just copy paste.

What would be a good tool, one that for example highlights HTML tags so translators know that should be left, as is?

Any good ones, besides just a WYSIWYG editor?
