The sources are big tube sites that provide CSV exports (most sites have a webmasters area where you can export the content, either full csv dumps or you can select which videos to export, you also get paid for each 1000k visitors you send back). You can either display a embed code (not all sites provide a embed code) or link back to the original video url.

The forum is not used that much, most clients email me directly...
