Dear RyuLion,

We are making some changes to the PayPal User Agreement that will go into effect on June 25, 2016. If you're interested in all the details, take a look at our Policy Updates Page. Here are the highlights:

We?re updating the list of items in Section 11.5 that will not be eligible for PayPal Seller Protection.
We?re updating the eligibility requirements in Section 13.2 for Purchase Protection and the list of items in Section 13.3 that will not be eligible for Purchase Protection.
We?re revising Section 13.5 and will be requiring all buyers to wait at least 7 days to escalate a dispute to a claim regardless of the transaction amount.
These changes will be effective June 25, 2016 for all U.S. users.

Section 6.9: We freeze your account whenever the fuck we want to for whatever the fuck reason we feel like. Deal with it.

I auto-delete those mails (thinking those are always phishing mails) :)

I like how they call those limitations "highlights", that's a nice touch!

I avoid Paypal like the plague.

same here, and they are, I almost fell the other day, I got an email saying, someone just logged your PP acount from: "Russia"

please open the zip file

I do the same thing after receiving so many attempts

Those are suppose to land in your spam folder!

They removed my bank from my account, and won't let me add it again.

This made me check my account details, its still there. Call them it might be a glitch..:2 cents:

What Bank? Is your Paypal account business or personal?

I never had love for paypal, and a few other systems. And it always turned out that my distance towards them was justified.

Just be careful who you send $ to. I've had my Biz account since 1999, I probably had 1 or 2 disputes in that lifetime but not planning on having more. :) :2 cents:

They're getting their asses handed to them by chargebacks like everyone else, looks like.

Yeah people are abusing that right and using the lamest excuse.

I don't like paypal had to wait six months for funds in closed account
