NEW RULE - You can ONLY transfer funds through Paxum twice in 24 hour span

Due to the bank's new procedures, you can only transfer funds on your Paxum MasterCard, twice in a 24 hour span.

Yes. You can only transfer from checking account to card a maximum of 2 times in 24 hours now, as to when this occured or why this is stuff Paxum wouldn't communicate to you before they made the change is beyond me.
