AFF support ???!!!
I hate coming here for stuff like this. We have an couple AFF accounts we've had for the last 7-8 years. About a month ago I emailed letting them know we would need to switch out the Company name and Pay-to on the account. They requested the W-9, I sent it etc etc. Now I can't seem to get any reply and we haven't gotten a wire to the new account for awhile (The old account has since been closed, so if they sent it there, it bounced)
Im not sure how many wires are outstanding, bounced etc. Its not a TON of money, but it might be $3,000 - $4,000 which Id like to get :)
Anyone I can jump on Skype with and sort it out? Any help would be greatly appreciated !!!! Thanks in advance
