If I read it correctly... He will:

1) set up an account on a tube
2) watermark each clip
3) manually uploads it...

All for a dollar (for ALL of the three steps above...)

So for example 10 tubes x 10 vids to each = $ 100 dollars...

If I were to give you a set of key words....lets say 20 would you "purge and merge" them into each upload using 6 of them as included in the "buck" ??
