here is issue.,

i sent someone funds using paynow.payoneer. (13 Jun)
he asked payoneer to return it.
i have receved mail from payoneer , "The funds will be returned to you shortly.".( 29 Jun.)
i havent received those funds yet.

what happened to nissim ?
he was good in solving issues like these.

pinged nissim on icq and sent him this thread.

far as I know Nissim is long gone

don't bother with email support, call em during biz hours with the pertinent payment details and you'll remind them they need to credit you. Sad statement that this is necessary with any major business even once, but...yeah.

Sounds like a wild ass guess to me.

My network doesn't use Payoneer but someone asked a similar question on another forum so I told them to tweet their official twitter account. The guy got help faster than waiting for the queue thing to go through. I always tweet company accounts as 9/10 they'll answer you quicker than through e-mail. Good luck!

i have asked her to provide me date on which return was issued .
nothing shows in statement though.

will wait , sometimes it takes time for transaction to appear on statement.

update: still no reply from pearl
