Hi, Something appears to be wrong at Payoneer and I cannot e mail them directly, it only gives you a drop down list of problems that send you an automatic answer. Does anyone have a skype or some other contact for a payoneer rep? I have a payment I tried to send sitting in pre-authorization since the 9th september. I have just tried to make another payment and it is also in pre- authorize. It usually only takes a short time for payments to go through.


I have a bad feeling about payoneer and want to get my money out.

Call them, leave a msg and they should get back you.

their support sucks, big time. they are great until you need help with something .

Payoneer support is the worst ive ever dealt with no joke. I know it doesn't help the thread but it needs to be told.

Write them private on Facebook, it has hjelped me several times. Might take some days for the first response thoug. Be polite and to the point and they should eventually get back to you.

That is anathema for most adult webmasters ...
