Registered first .xxx domain.. Does ICM still send Sponsored Community Membership Applications..??

So registered first .xxx domain yesterday..

Always went for .com as many have, but anyway I'm reading on the ICM site that the domain will not resolve till you fill out the Sponsored Community Membership Application that they are suppose to email you automatically after you register then domain and send it back to them.

Never got that application almost 24 hours later..

Registered at dreamhost.com

dreamhost did send me an email verification, which I did verify but nothing from ICM...

The domain is not resolving yet, but there was an issue at dreamhost that just was fixed..

So just wondering if anyone knows if they still want people to fill out these Sponsored Community Membership Applications before they activate the domain to resolve..??

Thanks :xmas-smil
