Hi,
I just received this mail:

Your prepaid MasterCard® needs to be replaced – please order your new card before December 15th, 2016.

Why do I need a new card?

We have selected our long-standing partner, Choice Bank, to manage the card transactions for your business from here forward. Choice Bank offers you robust payment solutions which will help you to grow your business in the future.


Someone else with a similar more than strange message? My active card is valid until the end of March 2018.


In addition: Payoneer customers located in the Eurozone will now be subject to a cross-border fee (of up to 3.5%) on transactions made in the same currency as your card. (Ex: purchases in USD on your USD card).

don't click anything. contact them :2 cents::2 cents: mine is 2018 as well no emails

I already ordered a new card. Apparently they change all cards issued by their European branch. Probably because Choice Belize sounds safer :1orglaugh.

So, I expect a new card without chip, which probably won't work on most ATMs here.

Unfortunately I will have to move back to Paxum.

Once you login to your account, you'll see a message how to replace the card. The process is fast and simple. Old cards will remain valid until the end of the year.

ahh they are just switching you to the same bank i have. the card has a chip. don't know why you said it didn't if you don't have a choice bank card.

Hi ppl,

I am having a problem with my payoneer card and ordering a new one. When I click on Order my new card, I see only blank white page. Does anyone has the same issue?

That is fucked got mine 3 months ago. Took me 3 months to get my card here cause i had to wait till someone travelled here. Will take some months before i will have a new one.

It does indeed sound like if they are putting all cards under the same bank. Could it potentially have something to do with the current provider for Euro region and the Brittish Exit out of EU?

After more then 1 year of their service they just blocked my MasterCard.

Their lame excuse was " data breach " and they must sent me new card.

To get approved they told me

"Please note that for us to be able to approve your account we ask you to provide a photo of yourself holding your photo ID and a piece of paper with the word "Payoneer" and today's date handwritten on it. "

If any Payoneer staff here can solve my promblem, i will change my opinion about Payoneer but on other hand i still have $500 locked on my Mastercard.
