My mainstream idea can use some "adult" help
 

I have a simple idea where I need user loaded content of images or videos uploaded to a site that can be reviewed by admin before posting.

Once posted the image or video can be seen by anyone (no paywall etc) and voted on thumbs up or down or with stars, maybe commented on (through facebook plug in is fine).

All this will be for is to attract surfers interested in a subject that in the future I may be able to sell them related products to the subject, but most importantly great inbound natural links for SEO.

I am sure some of you have done this on "rate my tits" type sites and know what I am up against, what it will cost or are willing to "sell your code" to me since I won't be competing.

I can take the time to build this on my own, but it would take me months as there is a learning curve for some skill sets it needs I don't have.

If you can point me to someone who has done this for you and about what I should pay that would be a huge help too.

Actually, this sort of thing has been revitalized by the huge hype around chatbots these days.. If you're going to do your idea, make it into a chatbot.

1999 may be calling however for this niche it is perfect.

Such an old "not used" idea must be awful cheap. Someone may have a site they took offline with that kind of code that they have sitting on a hard drive.

The thing is a 1999 script won't hold up so well today.

I looked around for "Rate my photo" and "Hot or not" clone scripts but didnt see anything amazing, a lot of 3/5 star ratings. And theyre old so theyre probably not responsive. :/
