Either way, that's a great song, and a great era for them. Though some of the new stuff is actually cool.

I just recall years ago something about him being holed up in some hotel room with a lot of drugs, on the edge of suicide. Or something like that.

It was publicized a bunch on KROQ over here but that must have been close to ten years ago now. Damn. But after that I believe he chopped off his hair and cleaned up a bit.

I tend to like the self destructive stuff mostly.
