The review sites adultreviews.com and pornreviews.com is for sale.
Review sites are very good at filtering traffic.
Our ratio in 2016 was 1:85 on new sales.

History:
AdultReviews.net (AR) was started in 2001 and moved to adultreviews.com some years later.
Later we started pornreviews.com
AR is the main site.

What is included:
With the sale follows a complete reviewsite backend CMS, which can handle multiple review sites.
The backend has multiple userroles with different permission levels, so you can have untrusted reviewers writing reviews, assisting editors doing editing and then editors which are trusted and have access to manage sponsors and affiliate links.

There is also custom stats system.
We build an affiliate program build into the stats system which now are inactive. It can be enabled if you want to go that route.

We do not buy any traffic or links. All traffic is organic from search engines, incoming links from paysites and review link trades with other review sites.

Price:
We are looking for a bid above 350k USD.
350k is 25 months net revenue.

The gross revenue declined 15% in 2016. It can be turned around if you put some effort into it.

Notice the domain names, which also are worth a bit if you run the sites to the ground instead of developing them.
The sites will only be sold together.
We will sell to the highest bid we receive in January.

Detailed financial info and access to Google Analytics are possible, if you are interested and confirm the price is in your buying budget and you are willing to let us know who you are and why you are in a position where you can that amount.

Reason to sell:
We have transitioned to a mainstream project which now are going so well that we have decided to focus on that. We have spend the last 5 years on that.
The review sites has been updated all the time, but has not been developed.
There is a potential if you give it some attention.

Good luck man but 25 months, this is adult not mainstream, also the lack of new sites getting release now will decline the traffic going forward and more search terms. You already have a decline of 15% that will only increase going forward.

I believe the decline can be turned around if some effort is put into it.

I think Alexa is the wrong tool for valuating the sites.
I haven't sent financial info to them, and their valuation reflects that.

We are selling a business which makes money.
If we shall sell, the price shall make it attractive for us to sell.

Add to that the market's demand and valuation.

I LOL at anyone who uses those tools to pick a sites worth.
I tested some to see and a site making 112K said it was worth 2500 and a site making maybe 1K said it was worth 45K.
Those sites have no clue and how they get the values is funny if you ask me.

Traffic increases from new sites and reviews sites going top for that listing of the site, its how you generate your traffic and sales

Looked at thebestporn 14 new sites in the last 30 days and 235 in the year and i bet most are bought non exclusive content.

I wish you look in mainstream man thats where the real $$$$ is turning out to be, but adult is still a nice automated income.

Thomas already posted he wants 25 months net income so 25 divide by $350k = $14k net a month the sites are making on a 15% decline.
