What has happened to Bangbros Affiliate Program?!
 

What has happened with their webmaster's area? I can see couple of major problems there.

1. It's impossible to export any galleries or videos.
2. Nobody is replying to the support emails. Nobody is replying on ICQ, as well.
3. None of their affiliate webmaster tools is working.
4. They raised their payment to $300 without any information.

They still have some great content that could be promoted.
Does anybody know what has happened to them?

Is their affiliate program completely dead?!

Not sure man. They have been around a long time. They had some good money makers back several years ago. They may have dried up now. :2 cents:

It seems that there are significant changes there. I just got a serious email from them last night, stating that by the new content policy the promotional videos as of 1st Jan 2017 must be 5min 0 second MAX including no cumshot at all.

By now you should be used to the fact that small to medium affiliates are being done away with.

You have to own good repeat traffic to get their attention. Not the ability to submit samples to someone else's site or keep posting on your site to get Google page 4 traffic.

also their main site is now not bangbros but bangbrothers, at least i am redirected to bangbrothers some simple looking tube like site ... :2 cents:

Sadly, the content locker uploaders pretty much vaporized a lot of their content base's value.

maybe their pullin a Webcams.com on you guys. (completely changing their affiliate program, cutting off all revshares you've had over the years)

Sounds right, you don't want affiliates spewing out so much content that there's barely anything left to buy. Smaller videos convert better anyways.

Why would a company give affiliates so much content that they can start a tube with?..

How do I get support for program3 ?

Because the major affiliates - the ones who send 90% of the Joins - require a cumshot and longer videos if you ever want to get on their Homepages (where most of the traffic is).

If you are an Affiliate with a Blog or simple Tube site chances are you aren't sending many sales anyway.

APs like Duke and Bang must not rely on major tube traffic to have these policies in place.

You can still get decent indirect search engine traffic from clips you upload to big tubes provided you use good titles and descriptions. This includes shorter ones like those described above.

It comes down to lots of traffic from tubes while potentially giving away too much. This might lead to more joins or might not. Other option are these shorter clips that may lead to less traffic from tubes, but it'll be more targeted while giving away less and maybe even getting more joins.

Which tubes won't list your stuff without a cumshot? Xhamster, PH, Xvideos, YP - all listed our videos even if no cumshots were included.

That's a relatively new phenomenon and it's what we are doing too. But for years the major tubes insisted on cumshots or no homepage listings.

I would also check to see if those non-cumshot videos are actually hitting the homepages and getting the same amount of traffic as even a year ago.

Personally what I would like is the ability to go and "clean out" older uploads and replace them with HD versions and non-cumshot versions. But most tubes resist this like crazy, claiming it would be a hit to their SEO and to bookmarkers who have those pages indexed.
