That guy makes tons of money but he seems seriously disturbed.

He's exposing the mediocrity and banality of many of those online while being the leader of mediocrity and banality. Which is very appealing to 12 years olds.

He appeals to 12 year old yet he makes literally millions of dollars.

Flawed logic right there. (12 year olds don't spend money. So he obviously appeals to someone who does.)

The video was funny when you see the whole thing in context. He was seeing how far those Fiver sellers would go to make money.
