How Do I Get Potential Advertisers To Buy My Ads?
 

I'm new to the industry. I kicked off my first tube site a little under a week ago. I'm receiving roughly 5k daily from organic (Not paid) traffic and about 80% of it is unique visitors. My top regional tiers are the following:

United States
Great Britain
Canada
France
Germany
Australia
Netherlands
China
Russian Federation
Sweden

I've looked into businesses but haven't sent anything yet. I want to go the route of finding advertisers to pay a monthly flat rate. I don't want to deal with ad networks, from my pass experience they pay garbage and skim off impressions/clicks.

My questions are, with what I have now how much should I charge, or how much of a minimal offer should I take from an advertisers offer price?

Also, I am going to send out emails to advertisers but haven't a clue on what to write in them to sway potential interest in my business?

I'm relatively new at sales and lack the knowledge or experience at the moment. I have many ad slots on my tube site. I'm not looking for a bazillion dollars. Just enough to sustain and improve my current living conditions until I either find something new or improve the site. I'd like to get into the adult business community more, find new contacts and potential businesses for my growing site.

I've worked tirelessly building the site up from scratch this includes the script, programming and gaining organic traffic.

You're going to have to reach out to advertisers. Craft a good sales email but try to contact them first so it's not a complete cold email. Once you land one or two advertisers, theyll start coming to you.

IMO you should just work with ad networks. I run tubes with millions of users a month; I'm happy with the ad networks I'm using (exoclick, adxpansion, Adultforce).

Juicyads does prepay deals but you need to be way bigger before they'll talk to you.

You can increase your banner cpm by using standard sizes (300x250 desktop, 300x100 mobile), visible placements, and multiple ad networks (use a diff network for each ad spot).

You can make more selling directly (or selling to someone like GSM), but frankly, you don't have enough volume (yet) to be of any interest to most media buyers.

I'd suggest something like AdSpyGlass(ref link) - https://www.adspyglass.com (non ref link) until you're able to attract direct buyers.

I use it for roughly 1m daily imps on my main tube and so far so good(understatement, really). AFAIK, there's a 1 month free trial still.

Once you get a few advertisers, treat them like gold because word of mouth is the best advertising!
