Hosting for KVS script
 

Okay, I am starting new tube, this is my third time, so I guess, third time's the charm :banana

I decided to go with Kernel video sharing script, so I need some hosting recommendations.
I am not a cheap ass, but I can't spend mid-$XX per month for VPS at least for now, but I need hosting that fulfills these requirements:

Also, I know it's better for SEO to host videos on my server, but where to find those kind of videos, other than sponsors?

you can get server for a 29 euro but Tube sites consume much bandwidth and storage if you want to host the videos in your servers

I am not (totally) broke :) but why spend hundreds of dollars if I don't have too? :)
I checked my sponsor's promo content and it looks like it's not allowed to host videos on my server, so I will only embed their codes on my website. Which leads to me another question - is it possible to rank tube with embed codes?
