I think bigger reason to wash afterwards is because you flushed (touched the button etc).

That one is more "dangerous" than your own sterile piss drop (and usually you do not get in on your hands anyway).

There is no reason to wash your hands after peeing unless you rarely shower.

And piss is more sterile than the water that flows out of the faucet you use to wash your hands.

Basically I dont wash my hands ever, as it would be washing all the poo off, so therefore pointless. However, when it comes to taking a piss, I always like to stop slightly short, put my dick away, and finish off in my pants...
