How Does it Work
Although setting up the software is fairly simple, it may take more than just a few minutes the first time. All purchases include a copy of our eBook which explains how to set things up from start to finish! First, install the software and setup accounts at your desired domain registrars. Funds will then need to be per-deposited at the registrar(s) in order to cover registration fees. DesktopCatcher currently supports ten different registrars for you to choose from! Each registrar can send between 1 and 2 requests per second. The more registrars you setup, the more requests you'll be able to send each second and increase your odds of success! This software doesn't only drop catch expired domains, though. There is at least a half dozen other unique tools built to help you analyze domains for SEO metrics, availability and more!

Common Questions
Which domain registrars are supported? - DynaDot, NameSilo, OnlineNIC, RRPproxy, NameBay, MijnDomeinReseller, AJM.Domains, Internet.bs, Gandi and eNom.
What type of domains can it catch? - DesktopCatcher can catch all types of domains in a variety of extensions. However, we don't recommend using it if you chase highly competitive domains such as one word .COM, four letter .COM and 5 number .COM domains.
What extensions are supported? - Each registrar supports different extensions. Almost all support common gTLDs like COM/NET/ORG/BIZ, and many also support ccTLDs.

Where do I get the list of expired names? Can I filter it for adult etc?

You can find free lists of expired domains by search ExpiredDomains.net. Just create a free account, login and click the Pending Delete tab. From here you can click the red 'show filter' link to filter by drop date and other various things. You can also search for specific adult terms for niches you may be interested in. This is probably the best way to find expired domains you can chase in the coming days.

@bamxo - the software is made in Windows since that's the language I am most familiar with. Plus, it gives people the ability to run from their home computer which is convenient for those using it on a regular basis. Regarding SaaS, there is a monthly option available for those who want to go that route. You can either pay once, or pay monthly. Both options are available on the website.

Thanks GameFinest! @maidenphoenix - ExpiredDomains offers the lists of names, so you can browse and find domains that will be deleting soon. This software actually automates the process of going through those names (on their listed drop date) and registering what it can when they become available. Different extensions drop at different times of the day, but one example would be com/net domains which drop between 1PM-2PM CST each day.

You would use ExpiredDomains to find a name you want, say XYZ.com. You see that it's drop date is scheduled for 2 days from now. You'd open this software on its drop date, put the domain in and select your desired registrars, then run it between 1-2PM CST. When the name drops, DesktopCatcher will automatically register it at one of your enabled registrars. That's basically it in a nutshell.
