Read my lips, no one will lose their health insurance...

Just like Ronald Reagan's biggest lie "no new taxes" Trump has told even a bigger lie.

Trump promised over and over that no one would lose health insurance if they repelled Obamacare.

We already know that's a lie as a estimated 22 million will lose health insurance under Trumpcare..

Well now Trump is telling Republicans in Congress if they can't repell and replace Obamacare then they should just repell it now and worry about replacing it later.

That would mean every person with a health insurance plan would be affected. The fate of your health insurance would then be in the hands of insurance companies to decide if you were profitable for them or not..

I'm sure Robbie and Baddog will be along to tell us this is all ok...All the presidents have done this sort of thing they will say. It's all fake news they will say...

Trump says Congress should repeal Obamacare now, replace it later - CBS News

Donald J. Trump ✔ @realDonaldTrump
If Republican Senators are unable to pass what they are working on now, they should immediately REPEAL, and then REPLACE at a later date!

Why do Republicans hate America?

Check yourself. President Bush Senior said, "Read my lips. No new taxes." not President Reagan.

Well shit, you're right.. I always thought Reagan said that line.. oh well then Bush Sr.. then.

Both raised taxes anyway (Reagan and Bush sr) despite running on platforms of lowering taxes.

See page 48 for your new insurance rates the CBO has forecast as the result of this *mean* and without *heart* (heartless Trumpcare)

https://s2.postimg.org/4xsbzb1h1/page48.jpg click to open image

Is this what you voted for? Did you get what you bargained for?

https://www.cbo.gov/system/files/115...1628senate.pdf <<< see page 48

Welcome to the Republican proposed "Better Care Reconciliation Act" -- Where is that useless bitch Sarah Palin screaming about death panels today. And I am not talking about people cast out who are now qualifying for Medicaid under the ACA. This will affect people who get little or no subsidies severely in the ACA used-to-be Marketplace. With insurance premiums increasing 50% to 300% many people will not be able to pay these outrageous costs.

On the bright side if this bill gets passed and Trump signs in the Trumplicans will have committed political suicide.

It is no biggy. Just a minor correction.

Oh trust me, any "minor" mistake by us "dumb libs" becomes the mountain red hats use to disqualify everything you say.

Just look at baddog above.. He ignored the overall topic just to rant about me making a mistake about who I quoted. Instantly everything I said and posted about Trump saying republicans should just repel Obamacare and replace it "whenever".. is now meaningless because I mixed up a quote..

It's sure enough that Robbie will also come along and write 10 paragraphs about how Obama caused the black plague and somehow it will be because I mixed up Reagan and Bush Sr quotes...

Even a simple spelling mistake gives them reason to ignore everything and proclaim their god as king, if a dumb lib made the mistake. When thy glorious red hats make mistakes or outright lie about something, it's all A Ok.. because "they" know better than us anyway..

Barry-xlovecam 06-30-2017 09:21 AM

.... caused the *black plague* lmao double meaning there

The economic improvement under President Reagan that baddog was pointing out was built on the back of President Reagan being the first administration to borrow monies from foreign countries and quadrupling the National Debt from less that 1 trillion dollars to approximately 4 trillion dollars when he left office. This borrowing set a precedent that has been followed by every administration since President Reagan's in larger and larger amounts of borrowing from foreign countries. I am not nor have I ever been a fan of President Reagan's and not just for this reason alone.

That don't mean muffins because he was Republican, so obviously a god emperor. I mean Regan was the first Republican jesus god for fucks sake.. He couldn't never do muffins wrongs..

You didn't get the memo that only dumb lib presidents add to the national debt? When it's a Republican god emperor, it's always Democrats in Congresses fault. You really need to get with the program and stop being a dumb lib watching fake news.. :1orglaugh

Republicans always run for office proclaiming smaller government but the facts belie this. The government always grows more under Republican administrations than it does under Democrat administrations.

Republicans always run for office proclaiming less spending but the facts belie this. On average Republican administrations spend more that Democrat administrations.

I am not a Republican and I am not a Democrat. I am a registered Independent and tend to be pretty much a centrist. I do not vote party but vote individuals.

As an individual I am ashamed that the Donald represents out country. I think he is not a mature human being, is a conman and not terribly bright about any subject other than being a conman.

I'm not ashamed Donald Trump is the POTUS, I'm ashamed there were so many stupid fucks in my country who willfully bought into his obvious bull shit. I mean look, I tried to like Trump, I really wanted him to be what he claimed, but it was just so fucking obvious he's nothing but a con man.

I mean honestly even looking at a small sample of Trump supporters here on GFY, Robbie, Baddog, JoshaMo.. None of these guys are willing to look at Trump objectively, not a single one of them will say he did anything wrong. Their number one goal in every topic is not to debate facts or the topic at hand but to make excuses as why it's ok Trump did something or to completely distract and derail the topic.

People who make excuses for wrong doings this excessive are the same people who join cults. They become so brainwashed their leader can do no wrong, it's always everyone fault but their messiahs god's..

When you wonder why people in North Korea can just go along with their dictatorship, when you wonder how the Nazis were able to get normal people to do what they did, when you wonder how David Koresh convinced fathers and husbands to let him sleep with their daughters and wives just look at Red Hats today..

It's the same fucking willfully ignorant mentality, you just have to give them someone to hate and some fantasy to believe in and they will do anything and accept anything you want them to. It's honestly very scary to see how easily the willfully ignorant can be controlled by literally nothing but promises.

In my lifetime the "dumbing" down of America has been a work in progress. The fact that out of all of the selections that could have been made, the Donald and Hillary, were selected nominees for the office of the Presidency is the culmination of the "dumbing" down of America. How anyone could have wanted either of these two people to become the President is really beyond my understanding of being dumb even. I do not understand how much dumber people can become but I expect to see that this very next Presidential election. It is not of course just the Presidential elections but the Federal Legislation's and State's as well.

Maybe, that is for the best?
Create pandemonium to divert attention from the real problems.
Create panic and confusion.

Maybe, we need to no longer allow business deductions for health insurance too.
Make most the people uninsured and facing the true cost.
Throw everyone under the bus.
Maybe then we will be FORCED to fix the problem.

Do you really think republicans in Congress give a flying fuck if you can get health insurance?

These guys face no challenge in their home states, they do whatever they want. The only thing that matters to them is how much money someone will write a check for and how they can enrich themselves while in public office..

The only reason they would care if people can buy health insurance is if the insurance company writes them a bigger check or not.

Look how easy they were able to squash the Occupy Wallstreet movement and it literally achieved nothing. It will require more guys going to baseball field shooting politicians to change their minds..

That's the sad truth..

Barry-xlovecam 06-30-2017 11:33 AM

What do they care about then -- all the little red-hat schmucks that put them in power -- guess again ...

Remember when Trump met with all the Health Insurance CEOs?
I guess we know now what was discussed ...

Good luck to the winners :2 cents:

When I'm reading your lips does it appear that you say "repell" or "repeal"?

The law needs repealed. So he's correct. If they can't find a suitable replacement then repeal until they can.

BTW it was Obama that said no one would love their insurance and millions did.

Oh look the penniless Republican leather biker defending Trump taking away insurance for 23 million people and giving the money to billionaires.

You are seriously fucked in the head and the epitomy of contradiction.

Paul Markham 06-30-2017 10:42 PM

The US healthcare industry won't allow it to happen if it doesn't make their CEOs richer.
