true words

but i think that will turn around soon when people will realize what happens when you have an idiot as president.

look what happens in france - look the forecasts in germany.
before trump all forecasts have been "on storm warning" - trump made macron possible and this guy is doing a good job up to now.

in Germany the ultra right had a forecast of 18% now they are at 5% (and if the go under 5% they will not get any seat)

so in one case it was good for the world that trump exists.
and after that era USA will wake up also because he can not keep his promises and he knows that meanwhile. so all he will do is to make things comfortable for himself for the time after.

Barry-xlovecam 07-05-2017 05:25 AM

This timing makes me wonder how much of this *North Korean 'crisis'* may be a diversion from the current US domestic issues.

Congress goes home on holiday vacation -- then catches shit over the healthcare debacle they have created.

People are getting wise to this shit already ...

AndyA 07-05-2017 06:45 AM

The reason trump voters are so dangerous is that they will vote for anything with an R next to it...
Adolf Hilter would have gotten 30% of the vote from republicans.. they are brainwashed...

Already have.. I'm no longer insured because of it. IRS wouldn't process my 2016 tax filing because of it. I will likely get audited because of that..

Sounds like BS to me.. You either have insurance or you get the fine. The 3rd option is if you are in a state without the Medicare option you can say you couldn't afford it and get no penalty if you earned under a certain amount.

There isn't a the IRS won't process your return... Sounds like you are just uninformed like most red hats..

Here is the kicker, if you're in a state with out the Medicare expansion you do not have Obamacare to blame you have your Republican state leaders who fucked you out of getting affordable insurance.

You are falling for their bullshit lies because they wanted to fuck you over so you would blame Obamacare.

It's a long story of how Obamacare has been a complete nightmare for me. Most of which I have posted here in bits and pieces over the years. But to make a long story short. As usual you don't know what you're talking about. And yes they can, and did "not process my return"

The IRS won't reject tax returns if they do not include Obamacare disclosures - CNBC.com

They've been drinking their own Kool-Aid and forgot that they've concocted and hyped up a disaster that doesn't exist.

A true liberal right there. Happy with the fact his insurance is subsidized. Couldn't give a shit less about people like myself who actually pay for their (and his) insurance. (But not any longer)

I posted a link, without comnentary. You have zero idea what my understanding is from reading that article.

"And the IRS also said that by not automatically rejecting silent returns, they taxpayer can have their returns processed, which minimizes the "burden on taxpayers, including those expecting a refund."

You proved your misunderstanding by quoting the same fucking thing I said genius. "Silent return" > not stating whether or not you have insurance... It says nothing in there about actually having insurance and not doing this or that.

Let me spell it out for you. The IRS knows whether you have insurance or not. So just because I didn't send in a form that I didn't have (not getting into the reason why) they withheld my return...

That's just one part of the obamacare nightmare for me...

They didn't process your return because you didn't do something right...

I don't think blaming the IRS & Obamacare for not paying your taxes is a losing strategy :2 cents:

Why are you providing an example of a person that does have insurance? You said you do not have insurance. So which is it?

I said I "did" have insurance. I no longer have it. In fact according to the letter from the IRS I will never qualify for subsidies because I didn't meet their demands. That's why government getting involved in private health insurance is a disaster. I didn't send in a form for the insurance I did have. I also didn't answer the question. But because they knew I did have insurance and didn't send in the form I'm now disqualified for ACA forever apparently. There's even more to this nightmare scenario...

So why don't you just remain silent on the Obamacare disclosure then?

Are they forcing you to pay back your subsidies from when you had insurance?

This would happen if you claimed low-income when getting Obamacare, but filed with the IRS claiming more income. It also happens when you withhold info.

No I didn't have obamacare. I am in their system (site) though. As far as claiming too much or too little. That's a huge problem with obamacare. It's been one of my biggest complaints about it from the start. There is no way whatsoever to predict my income. This is why I refuse to participate. If I underclaim, reflag, if I overclaim what's the point? Obamacare does me no good. Really at this point the only viable options for me is to pay the ridiculous premiums, underpay myself or just say fuck it, shut it all down and go on the public dole like the rest of the leeches.

Your whole scenario sounds dodgy, no offense. I hate taxes it's all a bullshit game to squeeze people for more. We pay taxes on everything we buy that should be enough.

I did, do you think they don't know if you have insurance? What's the purpose of the IRS being involved if they can't figure out whether you have it or not? The reason they say you don't have to answer the question is because they already know whether you do or don't.... Whether to fine or not.. It's revenue to them. They are going to get it. If you lie then they can charge you.. Fortunately at this point it wasn't a money owed letter.. It was a send us in whateverthefuckingformwas or else letter. Who knows if they will audit me because of it. Yet to be seen. But I'm good there because I always overclaim earnings. It would just be a real headache because of obamacare.

This is why I'm for a straight up flat tax.. I've always supported that but no one in Congress will ever vote for that, because it would be "FAIR". Everyone would pay their FAIR share based on earnings be it companies or individuals but they don't want that because the current system allows the rich which includes those in Congress to game the system while shifting the burden to the dwindling middle class..

There's no need for a federal tax IMO. We're taxed on gas, electricity, internet, food, water, property, death, shares, etc. It's just bullshit to have an anual federal tax as well, on top of everything else for anyone making less than $5 million a year it's just a hassle. I hate taxes :smokin
