Trump Jr had been put in charge of the project and Ivanka had already been looking at sites for the build. Turns out we now find out the deal was much further along than they alleged. Also it shows Trump lied very early on when he claimed they had no dealings with properties in Russia.

We now see Trump had a financial gain incentive to ending the sanctions.. The deal had already been inked... Trump isn't MAGA, he's trying to fill his coffers with as much money as he can while in office...
