As you may know I am getting back into work - However, I am falling into all my old bad habits - The 'I will do that tomorrow' one and worst of all - I have spent nearly the whole day just randomly checking stats...

Not to mention the 'I had better see what stupid things they are saying on GFY' excuse.....

How do you stay focused?..
