A BODYBUILDER has died after landing on his head in a botched backflip caught on camera.

Sifiso Thabete broke his neck after trying to perform the trick at a competition in South Africa.

I've always wondered if people who do back flips ever thought that one mistake could end their life -- or put them in a wheel chair. It takes those special people who don't think about possible consequences to be able to do back flips. That and a good set of quads.

I did something similar in a football game in 10th grade. Not only did I ring my bell but my coach was so far my up my ass i could taste icy hot.

I'm not sure I could even get my feet off the ground - Even when I was young and skinny it always amazed me that people could do that...

Does anyone know what the actual injury was other than a broken neck? Like specifics. Between which vertabrae, was it snapped it 2? Etc. news papers need to spill it more indepth for the people who want to know.
