Virginia has the death penalty
 

The driver of that car that plowed into the counter-protesters will be charged with one (so far) count of capital murder or first degree murder. In Virginia the penalty is death or up to 40 years. In addition he will be charged with 20 some counts of aggravated assault and 20 some counts of attempted murder with a motor vehicle. If he doesn't get the death penalty he will never get out of prison.

Additionally, two more died in a police helicopter crash right after, if they were searching for him (the car driver) when they died, he will be charged in the deaths of the police officers.

Any persons with involvement in planning of this act, if apprehended, will face charges also.

Hopefully we get through the weekend without rioting caused by this.
