USB to iPad USB Converter
 

I found an old password manager USB flash drive. I plan to wipe info and start from scratch. But I want to use it in iPad 2 & Mini, if possible. Is there a USB converter to go from Windows USB to iPad USB?

I can use LostPass or KeePass but I'd rather have a portable device.

I swear I read about one by Apple a while back but can't find the article
