Any Paxum Reps About ?!
If so... your company sucks...
OK to elaborate... I notified your company some 50 days (7 weeks) ago my Paxum Card was lost... at this time still no news on it's replacement... :321GFY Your company and it's service really does suck balls... I receive a monthly fee on the card... so last month I had to pay nearly $60 to get someone to do me a Paxum to First Choice Pay transfer... the payment is due in less than a week, so looks like I will be even more out of pocket... Yes Yes... I know I am crying and no one has ever cared... You suggested I paid the $90 odd charge to get it expressed... but last time I did this it still took about 8 weeks, so I guess I am really wasting my time thinking it would be here by now... Yet with another provider, a competitor of yours, they replaced a lost card in less than 2 weeks :mad: Crazy... |
They know they are slow, but luckily there is no alternative to Paxum :-)

Telling me it's not even sent yet...
"We expect the card to reach our shipping department, from where it will be sent to your location in under 24 hours. Once this happens, the card status will be updated accordingly in your account. Thats how companies without competition behave, really bad and I hope your issue will be sorted out.

Still getting BS excuses, they are now saying the card was LOST by the bank, and out of their control... and that's why it's been delayed...

It gets worse... I'm now being told when the card is posted (still not sent yet after like 60 days) that it will take 4 weeks possibly more to get to me... Fuck me, what are you doing sending it on a paper plane and hoping it makes it :disgust Fucking jokers...
