If so... your company sucks...

OK to elaborate... I notified your company some 50 days (7 weeks) ago my Paxum Card was lost... at this time still no news on it's replacement... :321GFY Your company and it's service really does suck balls...

I receive a monthly fee on the card... so last month I had to pay nearly $60 to get someone to do me a Paxum to First Choice Pay transfer... the payment is due in less than a week, so looks like I will be even more out of pocket...

Yes Yes... I know I am crying and no one has ever cared...

You suggested I paid the $90 odd charge to get it expressed... but last time I did this it still took about 8 weeks, so I guess I am really wasting my time thinking it would be here by now...

Yet with another provider, a competitor of yours, they replaced a lost card in less than 2 weeks :mad: Crazy...

I'm fed up with Paxum myself. There is zero accountability and no attempts at compensation.

ok well I will wait see if they see this, I also put a Ticket in as well... but no reply as of yet...

I only went with them as the person paying insisted on using them, god knows why... horrendous service ! :disgust

"We expect the card to reach our shipping department, from where it will be sent to your location in under 24 hours. Once this happens, the card status will be updated accordingly in your account.

Playing devil's advocate, Paxum's "card mailing department" is probably another company, and for all we know Paxum management could be jumping up and down because this company is dragging their heels. I suspect Paxum relies heavily on multiple third party companies, so there are numerous and frequent issues.

Even if this is half true it won't help the end customers, of course. They're the ones that suffer.

Still getting BS excuses, they are now saying the card was LOST by the bank, and out of their control... and that's why it's been delayed...

Funny thing is I swear they said that the last time too... and that time I paid $90 odd for a replacement... still took about 10 weeks to get here...

So this one hasn't been sent yet... sigh :321GFY

A little update, another week gone by and it's still showing as not sent... starting to lose the plot with these jokers... ironically they have a clown emoji in their reply text, needless to say I used 3...

Yeah but it cost me $USD50 plus $AUD20

Around $USD66 in total fees just to get my money.

How long did that process take?

I am in limbo, my ATM card expired last month and they haven't yet sent a new card. Might have to risk doing a wire. :(

It was about 2 or 3 business days. One of the few Paxum withdrawals which didn't get rejected, suspended, or returned. Paxum support did state that wires are more reliable because they are not subject to the requirements and limitations of third party EFT processors.

It gets worse... I'm now being told when the card is posted (still not sent yet after like 60 days) that it will take 4 weeks possibly more to get to me... Fuck me, what are you doing sending it on a paper plane and hoping it makes it :disgust Fucking jokers...

Seems that I am by far not the only one experiencing problems with these idiots... Time to get my business done other ways... :mad:

I have a similar problem. My card is valid until the end of this month and the new one isn't printed yet. As they informed me, they can't do anything because the problem is in the issuer (Choice bank).

Unfortunately, there aren't any alternatives for some payments. So, we have to wait.:(

Sucks... I personally will not accept any more payments via Paxum... terrible company and horrendous service/customer care... I am guessing I would of waited over 3 months by the time my replacement card gets here, that's just unacceptable, and cost me over $120 getting Paxum to FCP transfers done on here... :disgust
