How do you Upload Images to Reddits Servers using i.redd.it ?
 

I see many posts with pics hosted on i.redd.it instead of imgur.

How does one do this on desktop?

That was a year ago or so, but if you look at many of the NSFW reddits like r/gonewild and others, you'll see many using i.redd.it

OK but ...

The nudity here is 100% free! Don't advertise here (or use us elsewhere), ask/offer money, votes, or anything else (well, comments and love are okay, you get the idea).

So if you watermark the content don't duplicate the watermarks a lot -- or you are spamming.

That's my take of it. There must be other (*more clever) ways to capture reddit traffic and monetize it.

I'm not sure I understand?

My question wasn't about monetization or watermarking etc... It was just about how to post an image to i.redd.it - their servers instead of imgur - like many seem to be doing in NSFW subs.

Join that subreddit, participate commenting and ask them how you can post your images too ...

Did that.

I asked a few people already how they did it and their answers didn't make much sense.

One guy who posted an image using i.redd.it told me to download imgur (?) and post the imgur link ??????

So I'm asking here to see if anyone knows.
