Looking for advice regarding a website.
 

Good evening. I, like many other people, want to make a tube site. I know this has been done many times, and does not make too much money starting from scratch but I have something other people don't. I have a niche based subreddit with over 30000 subscribers and over 1250000 page views for november (200k uniques). I am the only moderator, and thus I can host videos on my site and redirect traffic to it. I was also thinking about making it possible so people can have accounts and comment on boards for discussion / comment on videos. Anyways, let me know your thoughts.

If you have already users You should have done a long time ago
have good look!

Start off with a white label or scraper tube and see how it goes.
You can always sell that traffic too, which may be more profitable than going through the hassle of creating/hosting your own tube site. It takes a lot of work.

traffic to tubes isn't a problem, the problem is getting money out of that traffic.
