FirstChoicePay 10% Currency Exchange Fee In Canada?

I'm not saying this is the case with the company but here's what happened.

Machine 1: Withdrew From CIBC $2000 CAD, I received 10% of the 25% USD to CAD exchange.

Machine 2: Withdrew From Credit Union $500 CAD, I received 15% of the 25% USD to CAD exchange.

Anyone else notice this?

Give exact calculation. Thing is that you have interexchange fees that mastercard takes that they don't write in their TOS (actually they do, it's just convoluted). so you have their fee + percentage + mastercard exchange fee. You can speak to their live chat and they will explain.

What you do is this.
Go on https://www.mastercard.us/en-us/cons...-currency.html. Type in the currency you have and what you are converting it to on exact date the settlement is shown in firstchoicepay. Then take out i think it's 3.5% of that for mastercard exchange fee. Then apply firstchoice fees.

It's been a several years since i used payoneer , but i do remember their exchange fees was high as fuck, i remember there was some "crossborder fee" of 3% which was applied unless you lived in belize lol. In shortly, better to use bank withdraw method then card withdraw where you can affect homwuch do you pay for currency exchange.
