I have more than enough of my own exclusive content to do site and am also looking for
a network through which to distribute and monetize my content .

What kind of resources are you guys looking for in a partner? A little more information may help you get a few more good leads out of this thread.

Good point, Money as in a Production Budget would be a huge step in the right direction, Having to pay models out of pocket on the spot to sell to a client that takes weeks to pay is what got my stranded and broke in Brazil finally. A Fully functioning site would be the best option here , Traffic can be organized but billing solutions requires cash to set up.
