Anyone knows do they bank withdrawal of funds and how much it cost withdraw to EU bank?

I think you have to have a business "Mass Payout"

If you want a regular FCP account I can send you an "invite" otherwise you can contact support.

You can't do that unless you are a business account holder.
That's the downside of FCP, you also can't transfer funds like FCP to FCP.

It sucks for businesses too. They don't let you choose the withdraw currency. They auto exchange the money using a horrible exchange rate.
