How does Paxum work now?
 

I do not have personal US accounts, I have business US accounts. A few weeks back I was still easily able to send money to other parties. I am trying to do so right now but do not see a way to send money to others.

Is it now disabled for business US accounts as well? When did this recent change take place?

I think I got it.

You send out an invoice, and that creates the sending transaction?

i think it work this way you invoice paxum and paxum will pay the invoice for you. ( They will billed you back to complete the payment to paxum.)
Something like that.

It will be listed as "Factory" in the receiver account.

We have already received payment from sponsor paid by paxum etc.. you clearly see from who the payment is from / for.
