I am looking for good a high risk merchant payment processor equivalent to stripe but for adult. That is able to process visa and mastercard payments to a businesses registered outside of northern America and Europe?

Verotel, Epoch, CCBill?

Thanks but Can't use epoch. My country is not listed for epoch. CC BILL doesn't except visa and master card payments outside northern America and europe. Verotel require a minimum amount of transactions too
