Okay... as you don't answer in other topics, tickets, emails... I can create new Thread.

In my account I transferred money to paxum mastercard and my money stuck between "Current" and "MasterCard" accounts in "Pending Charges".
I can't withdraw money from ATM. I can't cancel this transfer to card to get money back on "Current" account to use another withdraw option.

I very need my issue resolved today.:(

When will cards be printed, sent and about delivery times - who knows? I live in a First World country, mail service here is a lot different, faster and more reliable than some of those shit hole countries...

You can talk to normal support, no need to bother with your generic crap questions. In fact, for being an ass, they should place your request at the very end and serve you last.

Most of the times.... these are the same people that dont follow up themselves after a show, meeting or call etc..
