Best Avengers Ever !!!

It was 2 hours and 40 minutes long.
People cheered! Screamed! Laughed! Cried!

"Yayyyy!" when a character was revealed.
"WOOOHOOOOO!" when a characters ass got kicked, or when a visual effect was extra-stunning".
"BAHAHAHAHAHAHA" was the whole audience at a few fucking hilarious times.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!" When a certain thing happened that I'm not telling you about.
"BOOHOO HOO HOO *SNIFF*" When another, completely unexpected thing happens... no I'm not telling you either. My GF balled her eyes out.
"NO FUCKING WAY YES YES YESS!" at the very last second of the post-credit scene. (Wait for it!)

My favourite MCU movie used to be "The Winter Soldier". It is still good, but I decided in the end that Infinity War tops it. Well done artists, well fucking done.

The only thing that could have made it better for me was to see Agent "Peggy" Carter on screen again. There was a rumour that she was in this movie and I always liked this character, but in the end she was nowhere to be seen... maybe in part 2!

pimpmaster9000 04-30-2018 11:58 AM

I like it but I like literally every marvel movie...

I love it. The ending stunned me. I didn't see it coming.

I am wondering where we go from here.

Ha! And many others.

I went to see "A quiet place" at the cinema last week, 95% rating on rotten tomatoes, yet I fucking hated it. Waste of time and money... :2 cents:

That sounds outlandish, i cannot even imagine such unhinged emotional reactions to the McDonalds chain of movies... the hype this film has and the drones of people who actually think these movies are so good really makes me question - are we getting dumber by the second?

Imagine these exact same Marvel shit movies coming out in 1991, the same year as Terminator 2. That movie is 1000 times better than all of these Marvel mcdonalds mass production movies combined! What the fuck happened???

If you don't like comics, you can't even imagine how does it feel to watch your favorite characters on the big screen.

you can't really judge comic book movie and be serious.
it's comic book movie, you go to watch it - you know what to expect, don't you?
it's not like you went to see Bergman's movie.
for me all Marvels and DC movies are beyond critics, i may like some or don't like but i do not criticize it cuz it's fucking comic book movie and criticizing it would be like yelling on 5y old kid cuz kid done smth wrong - stupid isn't it?
hope you got my point, sorry for my english ;)

ps.: and ofc movie was very good, excellent bad character - you canno't to not love this guy (almost broke my tongue on this sentence :D) and it was constantly heading to this very end and prasie to marvel to not soften this up.

I also remember a scene in the trailers when Thor lifts the axe into the air whilst rocket looks on that did not make the cut

ruff 05-02-2018 08:26 AM

Seeing it today in 3D.

pornguy 05-02-2018 08:29 AM

I enjoyed it. so did my son.

They are really making strides with the graphics of movies and that's a great thing. It seems this franchise is doing now days what Star wars did before.

So. Who was the bat signal for?

AllAboutCams 05-02-2018 06:22 PM

It was ok but nothing amazing the CGI was shocking at points ive seen better photoshop on 4chan

Nothing happened. People like fantasy & escape. I like all kinds of movies (even documentaries) but let's face it: Disney & Marvel pretty much rule this niche market right now.

By the way, Arnie plays a T-800, a Superhero, in T2.

Bingo, sort of.... I actually don't read comic books, but I still enjoy superhero movies.

I think they cut, edit and chop right up until the last minute.

In the trailer for Thor Ragnarok, you see Hela crushing Thors Hammer (Mjolnir) in New York City.

But in the final version of the movie, the location is moved to a countryside location by the ocean. For whatever the reason, the reshoot must have been expensive, which reminds me that these artists really know what they are doing.

Hmm... not sure about that. Here's what ILM did for Winter Soldier:

And Infinity War had ILM + Weta (Peter Jacson's firm) behind the computers this time too.

I can not remember seeing anything wrong with winter Soldier but infinity war with Bruce in the hulk buster his head looks like it is floating near the end of the movie in the woods. Maybe because it was in a cinemax and i was sat right at the front https://www.grandcinemas.com.au/Page/Cinemax

Ill go see it again in a normal cinema when it calms down a bit
