Facebook Dating?

Looks like FB is now getting into the dating scene.

Wow. That's game over for the dating industry....

We used to joke about this at Dating Factory, saying that if Facebook moved into the dating industry it was all over.

This will kill all mainstream dating sites.
For adult, it will be very shaky.

Remember when FB was against FOSTA / SESTA until they got reassurances from congress that they wouldn't be target?

Notice how FB swoops in on the dating market after CL was forced to close their personals section?

That's what will happen! At 100% SURE
all those who want privacy will immediately use dating facebook.
Sometimes you think about what you write?

Goldmine opportunity. There was a reason I set up all my stuff with Facebook fonts and colors.

dillfly2000 05-03-2018 07:14 PM

Weren't dating sites basically Facebook before Facebook?

j3rkules 05-04-2018 12:42 AM

I always thought that they are the biggest dating site.

tobedeleted 05-04-2018 12:50 AM

Personally I am hoping for this to be a bad decision for FB and ultimately backfire, leading to an end to that monstrosity of a site.

I'm not affiliated with dating sites, but I'm tired of FB being a monopoly on everything.
