choice bank is in belize *warning* and their address is a p.o.box *extra warning*
how come payoneer and firstchoicepay made this deal with them in the first place? with this experience like yours most sponsors will stay away of payment systems and rely only in checks/wires to pay... who knows if paxum is next? |

You need to get an attorney now and claim your place in line the sooner the better. No joke. Do not wait. |

I made a thread here awhile back about where Paxum is hosted, and how. Totally anonymous on all fronts, no tracking them. I totally respect people wanting privacy and all that I just made that thread to notify people in case they didn't know that they will have no recourse if something goes down. No shade on Paxum or anyone else. |

Thanks for the advice, I guess I have no other way, they kept throwing emails at me saying "they are working on it" and I just got another email where it says all debit card holders have to spend all until 27th of May as deadline, this smells like another epassporte, if anyone remembers that. |

From: Christopher Mallick, Owner, ePassporte.com <http://ePassporte.com> Dear ePassporte Account Holders, Please be advised that, at 12:00 PM PDT today, September 2, 2010, we were notified that effective immediately, Visa International has suspended our banking partner’s (St. Kitts Nevis Anguilla National Bank) ePassporte Visa program. The ePassporte e-Wallet program continues to be up and running, except funds cannot be transferred between your Visa Account and your e-Wallet. At this time ePassporte can no longer issue Visa Cards, and the ability for our Account Holders to make point of sale purchases and withdraw funds from ATMs has also been suspended. At this time we do not know why this drastic action was taken by Visa. To us, it is unconscionable that such action would be taken without the opportunity for ePassporte to fully understand Visa’s reasons and to be able to take all steps necessary to keep our program running the way it has so successfully done for over 7 years. But that is what Visa has done. As soon as we have more information we will be in contact with you. In the meantime please be assured that your funds are safe. We are very sorry for the short notice and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The ePassporte team is working diligently to rectify this situation. We kindly ask you to bear with us while we work through this issue. Please feel free to contact us via the message center or at our call center, should you have any questions, comments or concerns. Thank You, Christopher Mallick |

I thought everyone was able to withdrawal and nobody got burnt. This changes things :( |
Paxum is not with FirstChoice anymore, right?

And it's very suspicious that Payoneer "forgot" about their FirstChoicePay accounts when they moved all their other accounts away from Choice Bank about 2-3 months ago. Perhaps this is what caused the liquidity problem within Choice Bank? It's ridiculous that there is absolutely no information out there from Payoneer/Firstchoicepay about the frozen funds, only some statements about what's on the card balance. And it has been over a month now. |
I think - the best way is starting fuck Payoneer for FirstChoicePay money :)
I think Payoneer have to pay for it #Payoneer #Cheaters #Scammers #fraud |

I think you should inform the police. Apparently, Payoneer/FirstChoice are scammers, so besides a lawyer, the authorities should intervene here.

@Dorin, i think you heard the news pretty late. Everyone here was able to withdraw funds from FCP before things got worst.
Did you try to withdraw thru ATM? Or tried purchasing online and it worked? Anyway, good luck! |

I actually still have over 30K frozen there and that's after the only 10K FCP/Payoneer allowed everyone to withdraw after they froze all their FCP accounts overnight. |

I wonder what you come up with because apparently it's so hard for Payoneer/FCP to make any open statement about the frozen funds in over a month, which is bad business practice in every handbook. |
Never used Payoneer. Always felt that something wasn't right about them.

Are you guys aware that FCB merged with another bigger bank and are now their subsidiary?

Gathering a team, we are probably going to make a big Media scandal, we are probably going to include Payoneer.com in it.
I initially was part of Payoneer business, but they came at me with some confusion explanations that they are changing the logo, but its the same company, and so on so they were not completly honest. |
Also the funny part is that they accidentally sent me over 200K by mistake, and I returned them back the very NExT Day!, they thanked me a million, said im their best friend which holds a special place in their heart, so they sent me a hat, a tshirt and a notebook
for which I had to pay 50$ in customs. I am "glad" I was such a good guy., Any ideas on how to make this a PR nightmare? |
just make sure you watch your back when you complain about Payoneer...

I didn't get any additional info from Brassmonkey, more of the same basically, but there is an important update now from the disastrous Payoneer / Firstchoicepay / Choice Bank partnership:
They are contacting the accounts with over 50K frozen to negociate a 70% pay back. Meaning you will lose 30% on that $00000 amount. The Prime Minister of Belize mentions a bank run as the cause of Choice Bank's liquidity crisis: http://www.7newsbelize.com/sstory.php?nid=44765 A bank run that seems to have been caused by Payoneer pulling all their mainstream accounts away from Choice Bank just weeks before the crisis started. For some reason Payoneer left their adultbizz customers (Firstchoicepay) in the dark knowing full well what would happen to them. If anyone ends up losing 30% or any other %, I would claim that part from Payoneer since they seem to be responsible for this whole mess. |
Holy shit.
|
I need ideas, what can I do to pressure Payoneer into taking responsability and paying me ? if I lose 30%, that is huge money, especially since i had to borrow the whole amount and i need to pay back 120%.
Any good ideas? Thank you! |
Lol you still didn't lawyer up? What's wrong with you wtf. No pressure will be done without legal at this point, and even then its questionable. I don't get it.
And you have to pay back 120%? Where did you take that loan from, a loanshark? Because 20% interest is illegal anywhere i can think of. |
you will lose 30% and won't get anything back
|
why did you bring me into this?? :disgust and you did get the info from me

A wire transfer that was promised by Choice over 2 weeks ago and still no sign... After June 30 the website of FCP will go down and there will be no record anymore of our earnings. The perfect crime from Payoneer and Choice Bank, who according to some info seem to have the same founder... |
I talked with the CEO of payoneer on the phone, even thought I did business with them, they dont want to take fault, they keep blaming First Choice , and are acting silent
which upsets me. We should find a way to pressure them |
Quote:
Yes Payoneer worked hand in hand with Choice Bank, they are a billion dollar company, they should take responsability. When they sent me the FirstChoice contract they said and I quote "its Payoneer to the bones, its the same system, WE launched a new system" when you say WE dont you take responsability? I wonder if that would fly in court. I mean zuckerberg paid money on emails for the ideas he "took" right? to the twins, clearly payoneer wanted to take the profit, so they should take the blame right? |
