No response on email, skype and NATS contant.
It's very disappointing.

A thread with long standing affiliate programs that use ccbill would be better..

A lot of programs have cashflow problems. They solve it on the backs of affiliates citing fraud issues with other affiliates .....

It took time but it's now settled.
