Paxum question

My temporary card just arrived.

Is there no way to transfer from old card to checking, or to new card?

In that case, I assume my only option is empty the old card by withdrawing from an ATM?

Seriously though... ugh

Any ideas?

I don't understand why anyone would keep funds on an old card when they came out with problems.
