Calling Paxum Ruth Regarding Printing Printing Status
 
Ruth,would you be so kind and explain why people (like my partner) see the Printing status since the 2018-05-10?
It says that the printing status takes 10 business days.
Why do you make a difference between old account holders and new ones?
The old ones got their printing status changed after 11 or 12 business days to shipped while the new ones waiting for 18 days (give or take a day or two) and counting?
Take a moment and explain the extra long wait time.
I am also wondering when the new permanent Paxum cards will be printed and delivered,do you have any info regarding the new cards?

What i have tried to say is that it seems they gave some kind of priority to old account holders,i guess those with active First Choice cards.
And those with expired First Choice cards,accounts without cards and new accounts have to wait.
They made it look like everything is under control and they will deliver cards within a week or two,this was not the case.
The new account holders are fucked cause they have expected that they will get their cards shipped after 10 business days but 3 weeks later nothing changed and there is no info.

Old accounts (canadians not included),got their cards shipped on may the 10th.
New accounts or those who applied after the first printing batch,got their card info changed to printing on may the 10th.
These guys are still waiting.

You are in the queue. They are issuing cards for people who move the most $$$ first.

they should have said that in the post when they announced the new cards.
your assumption does not explain why canadian got their cards before all others.
however,i've got my card as one of the first outside of canada,this means i am not only lit as fuck,i am also rich as fuck,:1orglaugh.

If Paxum had got them from trucash they would have mailed them. Obviously there's an issue with Trucash not being able to provide new cards to Paxum.

Hopefully Paxum will find yet another card provider and have two different type of cards to offer. Would be nice if they were offering Virtual Credit Cards.

did you read what i said?? they are not in control of the cards!!!! put your coke bottles on!!!! ask yourself why they didnt offer express service. because the company that prints the cards does not offer it!!!

calm down,i know that they are not in control but they have more info on the current situation.
we need to know when they will start to ship the cards which started to print on the 10th.
since we are paying for the service through the fees and since we have paid for a card which we supposed to get like they announced it we have the right to get an update.

you would probably get more info calling the company that actually handles the cards. maybe not since you are not an agent of paxum. dig around on the company. may be complaints and such

People should start requesting refunds on the annual card fee.

I think it works out at 12.3c per day.

Paxum should be refunding that amount per day from the time the old cards became un-loadbable, to the time clients receive(d) their new card.

They should also be allowing clients, who never had their card go to printing, to cancel their card subscription, and refund from the time the old cards became un-loadable until the expiry date of their old card.

Clients should NOT be paying fees for services not being provided.

they have sent card to many of the old account holders but the new account holders have the same problem like you,the card printing started 1 month ago and never finished.

We've noticed a new sentence in the card status,now it says that the card will be delivered in approximately 6 weeks.
Can you please explain why you take fees for cards with the info that they will be shipped in approximately 10 days but then change it to 6 weeks after it tooks about 3 weeks longer than that promised 10 days?
Please give us with realistic informations.
What's about the "Real" paxum card with the higher limits,when will you start to print these?
