hello

i have two paypal account one of them is a personal account from malaysia. recently i've got a problem with this one. i have tried to login from different ip because i am not resident of malaysia and i am using a VPN, as a result paypal locked my account, at this step i need to reset my password but i lost my old malaysian phone number, still i have access to my email account
is there any malaysian resident to help me for this
i will pay for this service
